These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use and place orders from Henze Fashion website. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using the Services offered by Henze Fashion you are deemed to have understood and accepted these Terms of Service.

The supplier of the goods featured is Henze Fashion, a trading name of Henze Fashion.
 

These terms and conditions may be updated without notice by us as required.

Henze Fashion  on-line User Accounts

The Henze Fashion user Account is free of charge to open. To open User Account you must be 16 years or over but not necessarily a UK resident. By clicking on the "Submit" button during registration, you confirm to us that you are at least 16 years of age.

Customer Agreement with Us

Customers are invited to make a legal offer to us for the purchase of goods. The acceptance or rejection of such offers is entirely at our discretion. All Information or services on our website shall at no point in time be interpreted as an indication of us making a legal offer to you to provide goods.

These terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the provision of Goods and services, and supersede all previous agreements, arrangements, dealing options, undertakings or proposals, written or oral. At no point will a given oral explanation or oral information by any party (including our customer service department) alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have not relied on any representation other than those clearly stated in here, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made clearly in these terms and conditions.

The Agreement is concluded only when we have accepted your order by sending you a Confirmation Email (with the date of conclusion of the Agreement being the date shown on that Confirmation Email).

Orders

A contract is formed between HENZE Fashion and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below.

Payments

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, Google Checkout and PayPal. Payments on debit or credit will only be charged once the transaction has been completed and goods logged for dispatch to the delivery address. This is normally within one working day of purchase. An email notification will be sent to you to confirm despatch.

The total cost of the order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus the delivery charge. Henze Fashion reserves the right to withhold all orders until it receives successful risk assessment and verification of the cardholder and full payment confirmation from the issuing bank. Refunds will normally be credited to your account within 14 working days of receipt of returned item.

All payment card types are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses for any reason to authorise payment, you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage of your payment being declined.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of full payment. Our standard delivery method is via Royal Mail First Class post. Despatch timeframe is within 1-3 working days (except for Bank Holidays) following receipt of full payment (UK Only). Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9am-5pm), Monday to Friday.

Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time you order, and delivery is either made to the payment card billing address or where specified by customer, alternative shipping address within the UK - on the latter, our customer service advisors will contact you to verify your identity as the cardholder before sending the package, and if it is your first purchase, the package will be sent to your billing address. This is an extra security precaution we take to ensure a smooth and safe shopping environment. Please bear in mind that we reserve the right to refuse to send a package if we suspect the addresses of the transaction to be suspicious/fraudulent. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by industrial action or acts of God. We will notify you of any possible delay that might arise when we are aware of it, as soon as possible.

A signature might be requested on delivery. In an event you are not available during courier's initial attempt to deliver and a safe location/ recipient for package is not found, a card will be left, and your order is taken back and a further attempt to deliver may be given. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery/pickup.

Next Day Special Delivery Service: applies on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday
Next Day Special Delivery Service: on orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday, will be despatched first thing the next working day to arrive the day after dispatch.
International Delivery Options
Royal Mail Air Mail (Europe): Between 3-5 working days
Royal Mail Air Mail (America, Canada): Between 5-7 working days
Royal Mail Air Mail (Rest Of the World): Between 5-7 working days

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is specified within the website and may differ according to quantity of items purchased.
For delivery outside the UK is charged according to the regions postal rates which will be calculated during the transaction.

 


Notes:
We endeavor to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically.
We honour all sales transactions and post all items, in the event of an undelivered/lost item (Royal Mail's policy requires the item to not have been received after 15 days from day of despatch to be qualified as 'lost'), arrangements are made to refund or replace item, after which a subsequent claim is made to Royal Mail.
We are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail, or other Courier Services we may use, after your item has been despatched from our offices.
In the event of a postal strike, deliveries might take longer than the stated timeframes.
Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.
We are not liable for items stolen from mail boxes, if you suspect that your item has been stolen from your mailbox, it is your responsibility to report it to the post office or the necessary authorities.

Returns Policy

We inspect all garments carefully to ensure they are suitable for sale before they are advertised or dispatched.
In addition to our returns policy, under the "Distance Selling Regulations" customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel purchase. You must return items within 14 days approval period after purchase, in a new and unused condition. Please note that items must be returned with all tags intact.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Items such as hosiery, underwear, swimwear, tights, lingerie are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging is opened or/and tried on.
Items in the clearance section are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To return an item for exchange, replacement or refund, you are required to fill out the Returns Form.

If an order is returned within the approval period, we cannot refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Henze Fashion MUST be notified of all intended returns to process refund or exchange and authorize it as the case may be. Unauthorised returns may not be processed or accounted for and all returned item remains the property of Henze Fashion. If an item is being returned because of an order error or manufacturing fault a replacement of the same item will be given at no additional cost for postage.

Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We are unable to accept the return of certain items to Henze Fashion, these are clearly stated in the item's description section of the product page. We endeavour to provide adequate product description and size guide/chart in all our listings for easy reference, and you can also make adequate enquiries regarding item before purchase by contacting our Customer Service Help Desk.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the right size is ordered as we only dispatch sizes stated on your order form. Refund Policy


We inspect all garments carefully to ensure they are suitable for sale before they are advertised or dispatched. However, we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it back to us in saleable condition (new, unused and tags intact) within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 working days of receipt of the returned items. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for reasons already stated in this terms and conditions and the returns policy.

Refunding Goods Bought as Special Offers

If a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer is returned (for example 'buy 2 for £15.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item minus the total discount given in the offer.
If all items purchased with the multi-buy discount is returned, a full refund of the multi-buy value is given.
In situations of combination offers such as "buy one, get one free," all items must be returned for refund to be processed.

Notes:
All refunds are charged a £1 (one pound) restocking fee per item.
Refunds are applicable only to item cost and not postage cost since this part of the service to you has already been completed in initial transaction.
For trackability and proof of postage purposes, we recommend items are returned along with copy of invoice and your contact using recorded delivery or ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference.
A replacement can also be offered for items within these terms.
Items that are returned damaged or tainted with smells such as cigarette/perfume smells making it unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for refunded.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange option for items already bought within 14 days. All exchanges are subject to a new postage charge of £3.50 for delivery. This amount must be made to our account before the exchange can be made.

You are required to contact us within 7 days of receiving purchased item to be eligible for an exchange. The replacement will be sent once we receive the item in its original, untainted/undamaged condition, together with the Returns Form and replacement postage payment.

Promotional offers or discounts currently running are NOT applicable to all returned items. Current offers or discounts cannot be applied to the value of the items intended to replace a returned item.

If an item is returned for replacement due to size/colour preference changes not initially stated in the order form, it is treated as an exchange and is dealt with in accordance to the policy.

Please note exchange items are only returnable for a refund if we receive the exchange item back within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any exchange items returned after this date can only be exchanged again, again there will be a £3.50 postage charge for this.

Recommend a Friend

The associated offer only applies to account holders only and is subject to availability and terms of offer. A minimum purchse of £0.00 (excluding the cost of postage) must be placed by recommended friend and items purchased must be kept and not returned. We reserve the right to substitute a similar offer.

Complaints

Henze Fashion welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to as soon as possible.
